STEP 1: Discover Your Dream Safari
Your journey starts when you contact us through our website, email, or WhatsApp. Tell us the type of safari you want—be it gorilla trekking, wildlife viewing, a honeymoon escape, or a family vacation. Let us know your travel dates, the number of travelers, and any special requests.
STEP 2: Tailor Your Itinerary
Based on your preferences, our team carefully crafts a tailored safari itinerary. We select the most suitable destinations, accommodations, and experiences to match your travel goals and comfort level.
STEP 3: Confirm & Customize
We send the proposed itinerary and work with you to make adjustments. You get to review the lodge options, activities, and flow of the trip before confirming.
Once you love your itinerary, we fine-tune the finer details your preferred accommodations, dietary needs, special requests, and more.
STEP 4: Seamless Booking
Once you’re happy, we proceed with booking everything from lodges and transfers to permits and guides. We send a detailed confirmation package after you have sent payments and your safari begins to take shape. You’ll receive full documentation before departure.
STEP 5: Your Safari Begins
